Scrambled Eggs on Toast with Chives

Ingredients
- 3 bread (Sauerteig or seed bread, sliced)
- 5 eggs
- 45 ml milk
- salt
- black pepper
- 30 g butter
- 10 g chives (fresh, snipped)
Steps
- Toast bread (3) in a toaster or under the grill.
- Crack eggs (5) into a bowl. Add milk (45 ml), salt, and black pepper. Whisk briefly.
- Melt butter (30 g) in a pan over low-medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture. Stir slowly with a spatula, pulling from the edges inward, for ⏲ 3–4 minutes. Remove from heat just before fully set — residual heat finishes them.
- Pile onto toast and scatter chives (10 g) over the top.
