  1. Grab 2 jars or containers with lids (about 300 to 400 ml for the adult, about 200 ml for the kid). Old jam jars are perfect.
  2. In each: combine haferflocken (70 g), milk (200 ml), naturjoghurt (200 g), and chia seeds (15 g). Stir well. Add honey (5 ml) to Cozy's jar if using.
  3. Seal and refrigerate overnight (minimum 4 hours, up to 3 days).
  4. In the morning: stir, top with apple cubes, berries, or banana slices. Eat cold, or microwave for 45 seconds if someone wants it warm.
