Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 70 g haferflocken (50 g adult plus 20 g kid)
- 200 ml milk (130 ml adult plus 70 ml kid)
- 200 g naturjoghurt (130 g adult plus 70 g kid)
- 15 g chia seeds (or ground Leinsamen)
- 5 ml honey (or maple syrup)
- apple
- berries (frozen works great)
- banana
Steps
- Grab 2 jars or containers with lids (about 300 to 400 ml for the adult, about 200 ml for the kid). Old jam jars are perfect.
- In each: combine haferflocken (70 g), milk (200 ml), naturjoghurt (200 g), and chia seeds (15 g). Stir well. Add honey (5 ml) to Cozy's jar if using.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight (minimum 4 hours, up to 3 days).
- In the morning: stir, top with apple cubes, berries, or banana slices. Eat cold, or microwave for 45 seconds if someone wants it warm.
