Hummus and Veggie Flatbread Board

Ingredients
- 3 flatbread (pita or similar, Rewe bakery)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper (into strips)
- 100 g radishes
- 200 g hummus (plain/natur)
- 50 g olives (optional, if available)
- 60 g feta
Steps
- Warm flatbread (3) in the oven at 180 °C for ⏲ 5 minutes.
- Slice cucumber (1) and red bell pepper (1). Trim and halve radishes (100 g).
- Arrange everything on a large board or plate: flatbread, hummus (200 g), cucumber, pepper strips, radishes, and olives (50 g).
- Crumble feta (60 g) over the adults' portions.
