Baked Potato with Toppings

Ingredients
- 3 potato (about 200 g each, mehligkochend preferred)
- 15 ml olive oil
- salt
- 100 g Schmand (or crème fraîche)
- 80 g Gouda (grated; or Emmentaler)
- 30 g butter
- 10 g chives (fresh, snipped)
- black pepper
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Scrub potato (3), pierce all over with a fork, then rub with olive oil (15 ml) and salt.
- Place directly on the oven rack and bake for ⏲ 45–50 minutes until the skin is crisp and the inside is fluffy when pierced.
- Split open and serve with toppings in the middle of the table: Schmand (100 g), Gouda (80 g), butter (30 g), chives (10 g), salt, and black pepper.
