  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Scrub potato (3), pierce all over with a fork, then rub with olive oil (15 ml) and salt.
  2. Place directly on the oven rack and bake for ⏲ 45–50 minutes until the skin is crisp and the inside is fluffy when pierced.
  3. Split open and serve with toppings in the middle of the table: Schmand (100 g), Gouda (80 g), butter (30 g), chives (10 g), salt, and black pepper.
